As one of the industry's most experienced and versatile women composers, it comes as little surprise that she scored the Cannes Film Festival-premiered short film, "Escape," and scored a nationally recognized PSA for the #metoo movement. Her score for the soon-to-be-released horror feature, "Bugs: A Trilogy," is already receiving rave reviews and has been nominated for Best Score in the 2018 Women In Horror Film Festival. Miriam Mayer assisted 5-time Oscar-winner John Williams on many of his classic scores including, "Saving Private Ryan," "Star Wars, The Phantom Menace," and, "Catch Me If You Can.". Miriam is a native of Los Angeles, a member of the Emmys Television Academy, and is currently the worst surfer on Malibu beach.
