When you use the Services, we will collect and use the personal information described in the table below (“Personal Information”).
Information that you voluntarily provide
When you use the Services, we will collect and use the information that you voluntarily give to us. For example, this includes, without limitation:
Account Information, which means information you provide to us to create an account on Stockmusic.net (“Account”), such as your first and last name, email address, and/or other information that we may require at the time.

What About Payment Information?
To license music and/or purchase other Services from Stockmusic.net, you will need to provide your billing information. However, we do not collect nor have any access to your credit or debit card information. This information is instead stored by our payment processor-Service Providers (as defined below).
2. HOW DOES STOCKMUSIC.NET USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
A. For the Services.

If you have subscribed to our Stockmusic.net mailing list to receive periodic newsletters and other marketing communications about Stockmusic.net, including surveys and questionnaires and information about Stockmusic.net updates and promotions (“Marketing Communications”), we will use your Contact Information to send you Marketing Communications. 3. IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES?
A. Service Providers:
Like most companies, we use tools from service providers to help us with various parts of business (“Service Providers”), and depending on the service we need, these Service Providers may have access to your Personal Information. For example, we use a Service Provider’s email software to manage subscriptions to our Marketing Communications, and if you have given your email address to subscribe to our Marketing Communications, then your email address will be shared with that Service Provider. We contractually require all Service Providers to treat your Personal Information as confidential information and to only use it for the services we need. However, we do not have direct control over how Service Providers use your Personal Information and we cannot guarantee that our Service Providers will use your Personal Information as required in our contract with them. For this reason, we are not responsible for our Service Providers’ misuse of your Personal Information.
B. Marketing Partners.
We work with marketing partners to help us manage our advertising on other websites. Our marketing partners use Cookies on our Websites to show you ads about StockMusic.net and other ads you might be interested in. C. Business Transfers.

4. HOW LONG DOES TRAD VENTURES RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
How long we store your Personal Information will depend on the purpose that we originally collected it. We will not retain Personal Information for longer than is necessary for our legitimate business purposes or to comply with legal requirements.
5. SECURITY OF YOR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Because we care about protecting your Personal Information, we use technical safeguards to help protect and secure it. The Sites are SSL everywhere, which means that all information that is sent to and from our servers is encrypted with industry standard encryption. However, please note that no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% private and secure.
6. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES.
Throughout the Websites, Trad Ventures may provide links to third-party websites. If you visit these websites, please read their privacy policies to understand what information they collect from you and how they use it. We are not responsible for the privacy statements or actions of third-party websites.
7. MINORS
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, or if you are a resident of the European Union, to children under the age of 16 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect information from Children and if we learn that we have received any type of information from a Child, we will delete such information. Please contact us at contact@stockmusic.net if you believe we have collected information from a Child.
8. YOUR CHOICES OVER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
A. Unsubscribing from Marketing Communications.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving Marketing Communications, you can click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email. You may also email us at contact@stockmusic.net. Please allow up to two (2) weeks before you stop receiving Marketing Communications. Please note that if you unsubscribe from Marketing Communications, you will continue to receive emails unrelated to marketing, such as those described in Section 2(a).
B. Reviewing or Updating Your Account Information.
If you would like to review and/or update your Account Information, you may do so at any time by logging into your Account and editing your profile.
C. Deleting Your Account.
If you want to delete your Account for any reason, we will strive to fulfill your request, but it is possible some of your Personal Information might persist in backup copies. Deleting your account will remove the records of your licenses from our database, and could void them.
9. FOR CUSTOMERS AND/OR USERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION.
A. Legal Basis for Processing.
Our legal basis for collecting, using, and sharing your Personal Information will depend on the purpose for which we use your Personal Information. Typically, we will rely on the following legal bases for using your Personal Information:
- Your consent. If we rely on your consent to process your Personal Information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
- Where our processing is in our legitimate interest or in the legitimate interest of our Service Providers. For example, processing for analytics and direct marketing purposes.

We rely on model contractual clauses and/or the Privacy Shield certification for such transfers.
